Job summary

Capgemini Engineering is seeking a Windchill Solution Architect to lead design, development, and delivery of PLM solutions across industries. You will provide hands-on technical leadership and work with cross-functional teams to align solutions with client goals.

With 10-15 years of Windchill experience, you will oversee configurations, migrations, and CAD integrations, ensuring scalable, high-quality implementations. This remote role offers broad collaboration across locations.

Qualifications

• 10-15 years of Windchill PLM development, config, and project leadership.
• Expertise in PDMLink, ProjectLink, MPMLink, and QMS.
• Proficient in Java/J2EE, Spring, Hibernate, SQL, and debugging tools.
• Experience with Windchill Bulk Migration, CAD integrations, and database design.
• SDLC methodologies: Agile and Waterfall.
• Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Windchill PLM design and implementation across modules and domains.
• Manage configuration, customization, and integration to meet client needs.
• Oversee data migration and transformation with accuracy and compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business goals.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams; ensure best practices.
