Job summary

Bright Vision Technologies is seeking an experienced Windchill Integration Developer for a 100% remote US role. Design, build, and operate Windchill integrations with ERP, CAD, and MES systems, owning the integration layer and ensuring durable, well-documented solutions.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of PLM integration experience, strong Info*Engine knowledge, and middleware expertise. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and mentorship are essential in this position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of PLM integration experience with Windchill.
• Hands-on experience with Info*Engine and Windchill Java API.
• Experience designing PLM-to-ERP integrations (SAP, Oracle).
• Working knowledge of CAD integration patterns.
• Experience with middleware platforms such as MuleSoft, Boomi, OIC, or SAP CPI.
• Strong SQL skills and familiarity with Windchill data model.
• Experience with REST and SOAP web services.
• Excellent troubleshooting and documentation skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop integrations between Windchill and ERP systems using Info*Engine and middleware.
• Build CAD integrations for Creo, SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Catia, and NX with Windchill.
• Develop integrations between Windchill and MES, MOM, and quality systems.
• Build REST and SOAP services for Windchill data.
• Implement message-based and event-driven integrations using middleware.
• Design and operate robust error handling, alerting, and resubmission patterns.
• Profile and optimize performance of high-volume integrations.
• Lead migration to middleware-based patterns and plan cutovers.
• Collaborate with PLM, ERP, and CAD teams to align integrations.
• Develop integration documentation, specs, runbooks.
• Provide hands-on post-go-live support and durable fixes.
• Mentor engineers through reviews and knowledge sharing.
• Continuously evaluate emerging integration tools and patterns.
