Job summary

Bright Vision Technologies is seeking an experienced Windchill Integration Engineer to design, build, and operate integrations between Windchill and ERP/CAC systems. You will own the integration layer, mentor others, and ensure durable, scalable solutions across the enterprise.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into robust integration designs, apply middleware patterns, and drive improvements in throughput and reliability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years PLM integration experience with Windchill.
• Hands-on with InfoEngine and Windchill Java API.
• Experience designing PLM-ERP integrations (SAP, Oracle).
• Knowledge of CAD integration patterns.
• Experience with middleware platforms such as MuleSoft, Boomi, OIC, or SAP CPI.
• Strong SQL skills and Windchill data model familiarity.
• Experience with REST and SOAP web services.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop Windchill integrations with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle).
• Build CAD integrations for Creo, SolidWorks, AutoCAD, CATIA, NX with Windchill.
• Develop Windchill-MES, MOM, and quality system integrations.
• Create REST and SOAP services for Windchill data using various tools.
• Implement middleware-driven integrations and monitor performance.
• Lead migrations from point-to-point to middleware patterns with phased cutovers.
• Collaborate with PLM, ERP, and CAD teams to align processes.
• Document integration specs and runbooks; ensure durability and standards.
• Provide post-go-live support and incident triage with operations teams.
• Mentor junior engineers and promote technical growth within the team.
• Evaluate new integration tools and advise on adoption based on needs.
