Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Five or more years of Java development experience with Windchill customization.
• Hands-on experience with Windchill Java API and customization frameworks.
• Solid understanding of Windchill data model, lifecycle, and workflow internals.
• Strong Java OO design and performance-engineering skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop Windchill backend components and deep Windchill customizations.
• Collaborate with product, design, and operations to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to design and code reviews.
