Longbridge Financial seeks a Wholesale Pipeline Resolution Specialist for a remote, full-time position in the United States. The role leverages a reverse processor background with underwriting experience to guide loans from structuring to closing.

Responsibilities include pipeline retention, complex loan review, and cross-department collaboration with Sales and Operations. Competitive benefits and a base salary of 90–100K are provided, plus monthly bonus opportunities.

Competenze

• 2-3 years in Underwriting or reverse processing background.
• Strong communications skills across departments.
• Experience coordinating with Sales and Operations to close loans.

Mansioni

• File structuring and pipeline retention to position loans for processing and closing.
• Oversee pipeline retention by tracking files and resolving issues with Sales/Operations.
• Review complex loan scenarios, credit reports, and financial documentation.
• Submit underwriting escalations and ensure timely loan decisions.
• Train and support teams; act as liaison between Sales and Operations.
• Document all loan reviews and decisions in LOS for compliance.
