Job summary

Ardri Llc in Calabasas/Remote is seeking a Pipeline Manager to own and optimize the loan pipeline from submission through funding. You will coordinate with Operations, Underwriting, Processing, and Sales teams to keep production moving and improve efficiency.

The role demands deep knowledge of Non-QM lending, strong communication, and the ability to identify and resolve bottlenecks across departments. A proactive leader will drive timelines and accountability.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in mortgage operations, pipeline management, processing, or related mortgage roles.
• Strong understanding of the mortgage loan lifecycle and high-volume pipeline.
• Excellent communication, organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to coordinate across multiple departments with urgency and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor the company's active loan pipeline from submission through closing and funding.
• Track loan status, milestones, turn times, conditions, and outstanding requirements.
• Identify stalled, aging, or at-risk loans and proactively develop solutions.
• Ensure loans progress according to established production timelines.
• Work with Account Executives, Processing, Underwriting, Closing, Funding, and Capital Markets.
• Establish accountability for loans delayed or lacking documentation.
• Develop and maintain pipeline reporting and performance metrics.
• Provide leadership visibility into pipeline health and turning issues.
