Job summary

Select Society Talent is seeking a Sales Executive / Producer to join its wholesale insurance team. The role centers on developing retail agency relationships, expanding a profitable book of business, and driving new revenue through productive agent partnerships.

This remote position, with a strong preference for the Eastern Time Zone, offers a base plus lucrative commissions and opportunities to grow within a national organization backed by substantial carrier access and resources.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of insurance industry experience, preferably wholesale/E&S/MGA.
• Experience with binding authority or wholesale brokerage.
• Knowledge of Commercial P&C and specialty coverages.
• Existing retail agency relationships or ability to develop them.
• Active Property & Casualty license.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business by prospecting and building relationships with retail agents.
• Manage and expand existing retail agency relationships.
• Identify coverage needs and provide specialty insurance solutions.
• Develop and manage a pipeline of opportunities from outreach through binding.
• Work with carrier partners to market submissions, negotiate terms, and secure coverage.
• Handle binding authority and wholesale brokerage business.
• Serve as a trusted resource to retail agency partners with responsive service.
• Meet or exceed new-business production and revenue goals.
• Participate in agency visits, industry events, and other business development opportunities.
