Responsibilities

• Accountable for profitable growth and new business with Independent Insurance Agencies.
• Develops new prospects and identifies distribution opportunities in the territory.
• Develops a Sales and Marketing plan with agency partners with sales commitments in a set timeframe.
• Conducts agency consultations by analyzing sales data.
• Serves as liaison for agency and company interactions.
• Provides analysis and assessment of sales results within territory.
• Plan annual objectives for each agency, measure results, and exceed annual sales targets.
• Assist with other projects as needed.
