Job summary

Anderson Power Products is seeking a Strategic Account Manager (SAM) for the Motive Power West Region. You will own OEM relationships, drive multi-year plans, and secure long-term production revenue across MHE, AGV/AMR, battery systems, charging infra, and GSE.

Remote role – ideally located in Texas or another western US state. Travel up to 50% required to support customers and partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering or related field; MBA preferred.
• Minimum 7 years in strategic account management or OEM sales.
• Experience selling electrical/power distribution products.
• Travel up to 50% in the Western US.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow strategic OEM relationships in the West region.
• Develop multi-year account plans with revenue targets and roadmaps.
• Lead commercial negotiations and maintain disciplined opportunity management.
• Collaborate with engineering, product management and channel partners.
