Job summary

DBV Technologies seeks a West Region Senior Director of Medical Science Liaisons to lead a five-member MSL team and shape medical affairs strategy for epicutaneous immunotherapy and the Viaskin platform.

You will partner with regional leadership to align medical activities with launch objectives, ensure compliant scientific communications, and drive strategic engagement with KOLs and HCPs across the West region.

Qualifications

• Doctorate degree in a scientific discipline (e.g., PharmD, MD/DO, PhD).
• 5+ years of directly related pharmaceutical industry experience; management experience preferred.
• Experience in Allergy and Immunology is preferred.
• Proven track record in providing medical/scientific support to multiple departments.
• Strong knowledge of FDA regulations and industry guidelines applies to non-promotional activities.
• Willingness to travel 50–75% of the time and possess a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of MSLs across the West Region, providing mentorship, training, and career development.
• Develop and implement KOL/HCP engagement strategies aligned with medical and commercial objectives.
• Communicate scientific data to external disease experts and internal stakeholders with clear, tailored messaging.
• Gather insights from the medical community and report competitive intelligence to inform strategy.
• Provide medical input for lifecycle management and respond to MIRs with accurate information.
• Support company-sponsored research and clinical trials, ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration and effective internal communication across teams.
• Oversee development of trainings, slides, and educational tools for MSLs.
• Identify and train speakers to ensure effective scientific communication.
