Divert is seeking a Regional Transportation Manager (West Coast-based) to lead safety, profitability, and operational performance across its transportation network. You will develop teams, drive KPI-driven improvements, and align transportation with company goals while reporting to the Director of Logistics.

Qualifications

• H.S. diploma or GED is required.
• Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, or supply chain is preferred.
• Minimum 5 years in supply chain, logistics, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years managing and developing direct reports.
• Experience with transportation management systems and ERP is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Oversee, coach, and develop Transportation Supervisors for safety and performance.
• Establish and monitor KPIs to track network efficiency, cost, and service.
• Implement transportation strategies to improve KPIs and cost efficiency.
• Standardize processes across sites and drive data-driven improvements.
• Lead regulatory compliance and safety programs across operations.
• Manage regional transportation P&L, budgets, and variance analysis.
