Greenberg Traurig, LLP is seeking a Litigation Docketing Specialist for the West Coast Regional Docketing Team, with offices in Sacramento, San Francisco, Silicon Valley, Los Angeles, Orange County, San Diego, or Las Vegas. The role supports calendar management for California and Nevada litigation, with remote work potential near the listed offices.

You will handle deadline entry in ProLaw, coordinate with case teams, perform limited research, and ensure accurate docketing while meeting tight

Qualifications

• Must have substantial experience computing deadlines for state, federal and appellate courts.
• Strong knowledge of litigation processes, court rules and procedures.
• Excellent writing, analysis and attention to detail.
• Experience with docketing databases and legal calendaring.

Responsibilities

• Reviews emails and filings to determine docketing necessity.
• Makes decisions on item inclusion in case teams’ calendars.
• Creates and prioritizes queues for public folders.
• Enters and updates deadlines in ProLaw using Westlaw rules.
• Communicates with case teams to gather required information.
• Performs limited research to verify deadlines.
• Responds to inquiries from litigation teams on docketed events and rules.
• Maintains and improves docketing processes for accuracy.
• Promotes firm docketing policies in communications.
