Job summary

Greenberg Traurig, LLP is seeking a Litigation Docketing Specialist to join the West Coast Regional Litigation Docketing team. The role focuses on calendaring management across California and Nevada, using ProLaw, with offices in SF, Sacramento, LV, and other California offices.

Candidates should have extensive California/Nevada and federal litigation experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work remotely but near a CA office or Las Vegas.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of current California and Nevada Litigation experience on case teams and 7 years of current Federal Litigation experience.
• Experience as a litigation paralegal or legal secretary is preferred.
• Experience in large law firms is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Reviews emails and determines docketing necessity.
• Decides if items should be added to calendars.
• Creates and manages a docketing queue across folders.
• Enters deadlines in ProLaw using Westlaw rules.
• Communicates with case teams for information on set-ups.
• Performs limited research to verify deadlines.
• Responds to inquiries from litigation teams regarding deadlines and rules.
• Maintains and improves docketing processes and policies.
