Job summary

Bodor Laser Inc. is seeking a driven Sales Manager/Engineer to join our team in a fully remote role covering the West Coast region (CA, OR, WA).

Travel to client sites will be frequent, and you’ll drive sales, present technical solutions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams across time zones. The ideal candidate has 2–10 years in sales or technical roles in manufacturing, strong English communication, CRM proficiency, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Strong self-motivation and proactive approach.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Ability to travel ~25% within the US.
• Experience using CRM systems and creating reports/presentations.
• Bachelor’s degree or above.
• 2–10 years in sales or technical roles in machine tool/manufacturing.
• Ability to work across time zones.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business in the West Coast region.
• Manage the full sales cycle from leads to closing deals.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, and Service teams.
• Provide technical product information and client support.
• Prepare proposals and presentations based on customer specs.
• Travel to visit customers and attend events as needed.
