Qualifications

• Experience selling high-ticket programs (health/wellness or coaching)
• Ability to enroll via consultative process and build trust
• Strong communication, active listening, and empathy
• Proficiency with CRM systems and sales tooling

Responsibilities

• Conduct 45-minute Zoom enrollment consultations with qualified prospects
• Build trust and uncover goals, challenges, and desired outcomes
• Educate prospects on Rejuvenating Health's programs and approach
• Navigate questions and objections effectively
• Guide qualified prospects through the enrollment process
• Maintain pipeline and follow up with prospects
• Keep CRM records up to date and accurate
• Meet or exceed sales KPIs
• Collaborate with Sales Leadership, Customer Success, and the broader team
• Participate in team meetings, training, and development
