Job summary

Comfrt is seeking a Content Coordinator to own the production and delivery of wellness content in the Wellns app. This execution-focused role collaborates with a copywriter, voice talent, designers, and the creative team to bring the product framework to life and keep content flowing on schedule.

You will manage the content pipeline, coordinate multi-disciplinary inputs, and ensure CMS loading and metadata accuracy while adhering to brand tone and guidelines.

Qualifications

• Experience in content production, operations, or coordination in wellness or consumer apps.
• Experience coordinating audio or video content production.
• Highly organized with strong project management instincts.
• Strong written communication and ability to adapt tone.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end content production pipeline: scripts, recordings, edits, assets, CMS loading.
• Coordinate with copywriter, creative director, designers, and voice talent to hit deadlines.
• Load and organize content in the CMS: sessions, descriptions, metadata, artwork.
• Maintain content calendar and flag risks to the PM when deadlines shift.
• Brief talent on content requirements and ensure alignment with product spec.
• Review copy for tone, accuracy, and completeness; escalate for final approval.
