Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Webflow Systems Lead for a fully remote, international freelance role. You will architect a scalable Webflow ecosystem across three websites, translating Figma design systems into efficient structures while ensuring performance, accessibility, and security.

You will design a relational CMS, configure MCP, and develop AI-ready workflows, including agent instructions and reusable skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional web development experience with a focus on Webflow system architecture.
• Experience architecting a component-based Webflow system and relational content models for multi-site environments.
• Ability to hand over a structured Webflow system to non-technical marketing teams.
• Experience with MCP and production-deployed LLM integrations or AI-agent workflows.
• Strong knowledge of Webflow and Figma, and translating designs to scalable Webflow implementations.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and React for custom components, plus REST APIs, Git, and Node.js.
• Experience with Algolia or similar search platforms and multi-index architectures.
• Understanding of web performance, WCAG accessibility, security, and data privacy.
• Ability to document decisions, mentor others, and collaborate with designers and developers.

Responsibilities

• Architect and maintain a scalable Webflow system across three websites with reusable components and clear boundaries between native and custom code.
• Collaborate with UI designers, translate Figma components into Webflow structures, and ensure feasibility.
• Design a relational CMS architecture linking products, ecosystems, integrations, use cases, personas, and resources.
• Configure MCP server, develop AI agent instructions and reusable skills, and define permissions and safeguards.
• Define integrations requirements between sites and client products, focusing on performance and security.
• Develop or oversee custom React components for tools like product finders and assessments, and implement Algolia search strategy.
• Establish governance and publishing workflows for marketing teams and AI agents.
• Document system architecture and workflows; enable non-technical teams to manage sites.
• Review others’ work, provide technical guidance, and maintain coding standards.
• Identify Webflow capabilities and trade-offs; continuously improve the system.
