Framework Ventures is seeking a community support professional passionate about Web3, to engage directly with our users and assist in navigating the platform. Responsibilities include triaging support requests and collaborating across time zones. Ideal candidates will have experience in customer support, strong knowledge of Ethereum and tokens, and excellent communication skills. This role offers remote work flexibility, competitive compensation including hourly pay ranging from $25 to $30, healthcare benefits, and a strong emphasis on a diverse and inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Ethereum, block explorers, tokens, and market mechanics.
• Experience in customer support or community management.
• Collaborative, empathetic, and detail-oriented approach to problem solving.
• Strong writing skills and adept communication skills.
• Ability to work autonomously in a remote-first environment.
• Familiarity with tokens, DEXs, and crypto on both L1s and L2s.
• An interest in web3 news and culture, especially on Farcaster or X.
• Hands-on experience trading, posting, or using Zora (or similar token/market platforms).
• Experience in community moderation or engagement.

Responsibilities

• Triage and prioritize support requests from various sources.
• Collaborate with teammates across time zones.
• Help reduce response times across key support channels.
• Create tickets for Product and Engineering teams.
• Perform appropriate content moderation actions.
