Ladders is seeking a Web Manager, Web Strategy & Operations for a remote role with a leading Pharmaceuticals & Biotech company. The role focuses on guiding enterprise web strategy, governance, and performance optimization to support marketing objectives.

Location: Remote – US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available. Compensation: $110,031 – $148,865 annually. You will collaborate with analytics and stakeholders to improve web impact, reliability, and efficiency.

Formación

• Experience leading web strategy and operations at scale.
• Strong governance, risk, and documentation practices.
• Collaboration with analytics and cross‑functional teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead strategic web programs, advising on CMS and digital marketing best practices
• Prioritize and plan web initiatives in alignment with enterprise strategy and resource capacity
• Manage cross-functional web initiatives from development to launch and post-launch support
• Ensure compliance and governance across web initiatives, managing risks and documentation
• Collaborate with analytics to optimize web performance and recommend improvements

Educación

Doctorate or equivalent experience in digital/web project management

Master’s degree with 6 years of relevant experience

Bachelor’s degree with 8 years of relevant experience

Associate’s degree with 14 years of relevant experience

High school diploma/GED with 16 years of relevant experience
