Job summary

OpenKrill is seeking a Digital Project Manager (Web) to lead website and web optimization projects for US clients from planning through launch. You will coordinate internal teams, account managers, clients, and external partners, protecting timelines and budgets while maintaining project profitability and clear Asana workflows.

You should apply knowledge of SEO, AEO, CRO, and UX to coordinate specialist work, perform initial QA, and prepare proposals using templates.

Qualifications

• Experience managing website projects from planning and scoping through launch.
• Experience defining scopes, estimates, resource plans, dependencies, and realistic timelines.
• Experience tracking project hours, budgets, revisions, and scope changes to protect profitability.
• Foundational SEO, AEO, CRO, and UX knowledge, with ability to conduct first-level QA.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and external vendors across time zones.
• Strong written and spoken English for client communication, status updates, and presentations.
• Intermediary Excel or Google Sheets skills with project tracking.
• Strong organization and proactive problem-solving; comfortable owning active projects.

Responsibilities

• Plan and scope web projects; define deliverables, estimates, budgets, resources, dependencies, and timelines.
• Develop proposals using templates; support client presentations and obtain approvals for new websites.
• Lead end-to-end project delivery through launch and maintain stakeholder alignment.
• Manage Asana tasks, ownership, deadlines, and priorities across website builds and upgrades.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and vendors across time zones; anticipate bottlenecks.
• Communicate with clients; manage scope, approvals, and deadlines; document changes.
• Turn recommendations into production tasks; conduct first-level QA and approvals before launch.
• Monitor budgets vs hours; flag overruns and suggest profitability adjustments.
• Improve templates, checklists, and SOPs; participate in post-project debriefs.
