Job summary

Kaplan is seeking a Project Manager for Web Marketing to drive the delivery of web projects and products. The role requires expertise in project management, resource allocation, and maintaining project health to launch initiatives on time.

The ideal candidate will apply knowledge of web architecture, release cycles, AB testing, SEO fundamentals, and developer workflows within Asana, Kaplan's PM system. Remote work is supported, with collaboration across marketing teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience managing delivery of web/digital projects in marketing/ web production
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Asana including backlog management, sprint setup, cross-platform tracking

Responsibilities

• Drive web projects to successful completion, meeting deadlines and quality expectations.
• Plan and allocate resources, create timelines, assign tasks in Asana.
• Utilize Asana and Jira to optimize processes and collaboration.
• Lead project meetings with regular status updates to stakeholders.
• Identify and resolve bottlenecks, adjust scope or timelines as needed.
• Collaborate with marketing stakeholders to gather requirements and define technical needs for the web team.
• Coordinate with subject matter experts to ensure seamless project execution via Asana.
• Maintain open communication with stakeholders and provide transparent updates.
