Job summary

Kaplan is seeking a Project Manager for Web Marketing to drive the delivery of Kaplan’s web projects and products. The role requires expertise in project management and resource allocation, with knowledge of web architecture, release cycles, AB testing structures, SEO fundamentals, and developer workflows in Asana.

The position is remote nationwide in the USA, with a focus on meeting deadlines, high quality outcomes, and transparent stakeholder updates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience managing delivery of web/digital projects, in marketing/web production/marketing technology.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence and Asana, including backlog management, sprint setup and cross-platform task tracking.
• Experience working within AGILE methodology.
• Working knowledge of AI tools that aid in project management.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and written/oral communication skills.
• Ability to work in a remote, independent environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive web projects to timely, high-quality completion.
• Plan and allocate resources with realistic timelines in Asana.
• Utilize Asana and Jira to optimize processes and collaboration.
• Lead project meetings with regular status updates to stakeholders.
• Identify bottlenecks and adjust scope or timelines as needed.
• Gather requirements with marketing stakeholders and document in Asana.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure seamless project execution.
