Job summary

TeamFicient seeks a Web Developer for remote, fixed-scope engagement to maintain and improve the company website. You will own end-to-end execution with minimal supervision, addressing core features, SEO, and health monitoring. You will submit an RFQ outlining the approach, timeline, hours, and total cost.

The role requires full‑stack or front‑end experience on the current CMS, solid technical SEO, and safe management of staging versus production. NDA and background checks may be required.

Qualifications

• Must have full-stack or front-end web development experience on the current CMS/stack.
• Must have practical SEO (technical + on-page) experience.
• Must have experience managing staging vs. production environments safely.
• Nice to have UI/design proposal experience.
• Nice to have website compliance/accessibility remediation experience.

Responsibilities

• Fix Find My Match so results reflect real-time Ready-to-Hire availability.
• Produce and stage three design proposals for the High Level Roles page redesign.
• Build a new Internal Services page per approved scope.
• Perform website health checks and resolve technical issues.
• Monitor and improve technical and on-page SEO; maintain staging/production separation.
