You will implement analytics, drive technical SEO and CRO initiatives, and build engaging animations using GSAP, Three.js, and motion assets. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be essential to deliver high-converting digital experiences.

Qualifications

• Advanced hands-on experience with Webflow, CMS, responsive builds, and complex components.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript with cross-browser compatibility.
• Track record of translating designs into production-ready Webflow pages.
• Deep understanding of technical SEO, page structure, and speed optimization.
• Experience with analytics implementation and data-driven decisions.
• Expertise in web animations (GSAP, Three.js) and motion assets (Lottie, Rive, Spline).
• Strong written and verbal communication across teams.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end development of Webflow sites, turning Figma designs into responsive pages.
• Manage and optimize Webflow CMS collections, components, forms, and embeds.
