Job summary

National Experienced Workforce Solutions is seeking a Web Content Specialist to support the ARS Experienced Worker Program. The role is remote with some local travel, 40 hours per week, and requires expertise in Drupal, SharePoint Online, and Granicus to publish digital content for ARS sites and intranet.

You will coordinate with program managers and writers to ensure accurate, accessible information, and maintain information architecture and user experience across platforms.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in web content management and/or social media, or a BA/BS in journalism, writing, education or public affairs.
• Strong written and verbal communication, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines; experience editing web content on Drupal and SharePoint Online.
• Proficiency with Windows, MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint; experience with Granicus is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create, publish, and update content on ARS public-facing websites and intranet.
• Use Drupal, SharePoint Online, and Granicus to assemble, develop, prepare, and publish program-related content.
• Create, publish, and edit social media content with accuracy and accessibility.
• Collaborate with program managers and technical writers to write, gather, and prepare content.
• Participate in working groups and complete other duties as assigned.
