Job summary

Sun Auto Tire & Service is seeking a Digital Content & Web Operations Coordinator to maintain and optimize more than 50 websites, collaborating with Marketing, SEO, Brand, and Development teams.

You will manage WordPress content, deploy promotions, run QA across devices, and leverage AI tools to improve copy while upholding brand standards and accessibility.

Fully remote role reporting to VP Performance Marketing, offering flexible work and opportunities to shape digital customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience managing website content.
• Experience launching digital marketing campaigns and website promotions.
• Familiarity with SEO best practices and content optimization.
• Experience using AI-assisted content creation tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, or similar technologies.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong quality assurance skills.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and project coordination abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and update website pages using WordPress and CMS tools.
• Create and update landing pages, service pages, location pages, blog articles, and other website content.
• Utilize AI-assisted content creation tools to improve content while maintaining brand standards.
• Ensure content aligns with SEO, accessibility, and governance guidelines.
• Maintain page layouts, images, downloadable assets, internal linking, and other website content.
• Coordinate website updates with developers and QA promotions across devices.
