Job summary

hireful is seeking a Project Manager to lead client programmes across CRM implementations and data-driven digital transformations for wealth management and IFA clients. You will collaborate with senior stakeholders and help scale delivery models in a fast-growing startup.

Remote UK role with flexible start/finish times. Salary £70–75K (flex) + Bonus + Health Plan + EMI Equity + 5% Pension + 25 Days Holiday. Opportunity to shape delivery strategies using leading software platforms.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering CRM, data migration or tech-enabled transformation projects in wealth management, IFA or financial services.
• Background in consulting or wealth management change programmes (Big 4, boutique, vendor or in-house FS).
• Expertise managing functional change and data migration workstreams.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and vendor management skills.
• PM certification (PMP/Prince2/MSP) preferred; exposure to Iress Xplan, Curo, Plannr or Intelliflo is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead client programmes and work directly with senior stakeholders to influence how delivery scales.
• Drive change across complex, high-value technology projects from CRM to digital transformation.
