Job summary

Abramson Labor Group is seeking a detail-oriented Case Manager to handle a California workers' compensation caseload from intake through resolution. This role audits files at each stage, prepares complete case summaries, and evaluates TD/PD and apportionment.

You will collaborate with defense attorneys and adjusters to keep cases progressing and escalate when needed. Remote option is available for CA residents; candidates must reside in California.

Qualifications

• Experience in California workers' compensation required or preferred.
• Ability to calculate temporary and permanent disability and apportionment.
• Experience reviewing and evaluating QME/AME reports.
• Strong written communication for complete case summaries.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned CA WC caseload from intake through resolution.
• Audit cases at each stage of the WC process and set actionable next steps.
• Prepare full case summaries and keep them current as cases develop.
• Calculate TD and PD, including ratings and apportionment.
• Work with defense attorneys and adjusters to move cases forward.
