Qualifications

• Licensed attorney in California in good standing.
• Experience with workers' compensation matters preferred.
• Ability to review and edit complex Compromise & Release documents.

Responsibilities

• Review and edit Compromise & Release agreements before WCAB filing.
• Verify terms against case file: ADJ numbers, dates, body parts, amounts, fees, liens, future medical.
• Review addendums and attachments for WCAB compliance.
• Identify errors or language that could delay approval.
• Provide clear feedback to Settlement Admins and internal teams.
• Manage a steady daily caseload and keep reviews on schedule.
• Maintain accurate status notes in the case management system.
