Job summary

ms consultants, inc. is seeking a Senior Project Engineer to design water and wastewater treatment facilities and distribution systems.

This role involves collaborating with multiple teams on projects across the Water business unit, delivering innovative solutions for communities. Ideal candidates have civil engineering credentials, a PE license (or plan to obtain within 12 months), and hands-on experience with water/wastewater treatment and hydraulic analyses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field required.
• PE license preferred or must be obtained within 12 months of hire.
• Experience in water/wastewater treatment is required.

Responsibilities

• Collect and review data, perform calculations, and prepare contract documents for design tasks.
• Assist project team with preliminary and final design documents using AutoCAD Civil 3D and Revit.
• Assist with preparation of preliminary engineering design reports or studies.
• Work on design projects involving treatment processes and hydraulic analysis, equipment selection and layout for water or wastewater facilities.
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations.
