Job summary

Atwell, LLC seeks a Water/Wastewater Engineer to design treatment plants, wastewater facilities, lift stations, and related infrastructure. You will perform hydraulic simulations, prepare reports, and support permitting across state and federal agencies while working remotely with periodic site travel.

The role focuses on independent project management, client coordination, and regulatory engagement, with a remote-friendly posture and quarterly travel as projects require.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent from ABET-accredited program.
• PE Licensure Required.
• 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Experience with AutoCAD Civil3D, HEC-RAS, HEC-HMS, StormCAD, or similar software.

Responsibilities

• Plan and design water treatment plants, wastewater facilities, lift stations, and related infrastructure.
• Perform hydraulic simulations, prepare engineering reports, and support permitting/regulatory efforts.
• Represent Atwell in client/regulatory meetings and manage multiple deadlines remotely.
