Job summary

Chart Industries is seeking a Product Manager for Water Treatment to guide strategy, roadmap development, and market expansion across municipal, industrial, and specialty water markets. You will work closely with sales, engineering, operations, and leadership to deliver customer-focused, compliant solutions that create value for Chart Water.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in product management or related leadership in water treatment.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Business, Chemistry, or related field; MBA preferred.
• Knowledge of EPA requirements, Safe Drinking Water Act regulations, and water industry guidelines.
• Experience translating customer requirements into product development opportunities and commercial solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own the overall product line strategy, revenue growth, profitability, and market performance.
• Develop growth strategies for municipal, industrial, commercial, and specialty water treatment markets.
• Support customers in addressing regulatory compliance requirements related to drinking water quality, wastewater discharge, environmental regulations, and water reuse standards.
• Partner with the commercial team to drive product awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth.
• Develop and maintain long-term strategic plans for assigned product lines and identify opportunities for enhancements and portfolio expansion.
• Conduct market research to evaluate emerging technologies, customer needs, and competitive dynamics in water treatment.
• Serve as the voice of the customer throughout the product lifecycle.
