Chart Industries is seeking a Product Manager-Water Treatment to lead the strategic direction, roadmap, and profitability for water treatment product lines. You will collaborate with sales, engineering, operations, service, and customers to deliver innovative solutions and drive growth in diverse markets.

The role requires strong business acumen, leadership, and the ability to balance strategic planning with day-to-day execution in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Business, Marketing, Chemistry, Water Resources required.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years in product management, engineering, process design, business development, or commercial leadership within water treatment.

Responsibilities

• Own the overall product line strategy, revenue growth, profitability, and market performance.
• Develop growth strategies for municipal, industrial, commercial, and specialty water treatment markets.
• Support customers in addressing regulatory compliance requirements for drinking water quality and wastewater discharge.
• Partner with the commercial team to drive product awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth.
• Develop and maintain long-term strategic plans for assigned product lines and identify opportunities for enhancements and portfolio expansion.
• Conduct market research to evaluate emerging technologies and competitive dynamics in water treatment.
