Job summary

KSI Engineering, Inc. is seeking a Water Transfer Operator to sustain safe, continuous water transfer operations at a remote West Texas facility south of Pecos. You will monitor pumps, manage pond levels, perform routine maintenance and document daily data.

The role requires strict adherence to HSE policies, ability to work six days on, one off, and effective field communication in challenging weather conditions.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of water transfer systems and pump operations.
• Ability to perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance.
• Ability to read and record meter data accurately.

Responsibilities

• Operate water transfer pumps and related equipment; monitor daily transfer activities.
• Inspect pumps, hoses, valves, meters and connections for proper operation.
• Manage fuel inventories, perform transfers and monitor consumption.
• Collect daily data: pond levels, pump hours, fill rates and operational issues.
• Maintain logs and documentation; report deficiencies and coordinate repairs.
• Follow Health, Safety & Environmental policies and project procedures.
