Job summary

Select Water Solutions is seeking a Water Transfer Operator to join our field teams. You will help transfer water using poly pipe, lay flat hose, and pumps, working outdoors in various weather conditions and on DOT/OSHA safety training paths.

This role is hands-on, physically demanding, and involves rigging down after operations. You will be responsible for setting up equipment, loading materials, monitoring gauges, and maintaining safety while coordinating with teammates to complete transfers

Qualifications

• One year of experience or equivalent training.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Attention to detail due to safety requirements.
• Strong oral and written communication abilities.
• Team-oriented mindset and collaborative skills.
• Experience in the energy industry is a plus.
• Knowledge of basic tools, their use and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Lay and pick up poly line, lay flat hose and transfer pumps.
• Load and unload pipe, materials, and equipment for transport.
• Observe machine operations and adjust controls to maintain conditions.
• Set up and service pumps and generators at job sites.
• Follow safety procedures and use required PPE.
• Assist in containment and spill cleanup.
• Communicate with workers via signals, radios, and phones.
• Use common hand and power tools on job sites.
• Drive trucks to transport equipment and personnel.
• Attend DOT/OSHA safety training as directed.
