Watts Water Technologies is seeking a Commercial Water Quality / EasyWater Systems Engineer to support the Water Quality/EasyWater Commercial team with technical guidance, training, and equipment quotes throughout the sales process. This remote role is tied to our Fort Worth, TX location and involves field support and collaboration with internal teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in the commercial water quality or HVAC/Plumbing industry.
• Customer service and technical sales experience preferred.
• Public presentation skills and comfort speaking to varied audiences.
• Solid technical background with knowledge of commercial water quality and HVAC/plumbing systems.

Responsabilités

• Assist Water Quality/EasyWater dealers and sales reps with bid and specification work.
• Develop a pipeline of opportunities aligned with growth strategy.
• Maintain relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
• Provide onsite training for customers and troubleshoot field system issues.
