Job summary

120Water is seeking a Program Consultant who will act as the primary day-to-day contact for a portfolio of water quality clients, guiding the delivery across all Sampling & Distribution programs from kickoff through renewals.

Beyond project management, you will proactively identify opportunities to improve program performance, educate clients on value, and collaborate with APCs, AE/AMs, and CSMs on renewals, upsells, and client health.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a relevant field.
• Experience managing a portfolio of clients or projects with competing priorities.
• Strong communication skills to translate complex program data into clear recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for a portfolio of clients; build trusted, long-term relationships for 120Water.
• Lead kickoff and program model blueprint meetings; set expectations and align on goals.
• Proactively consult with clients to identify opportunities for program improvement and expanded services.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and surface product feedback.
