Placements24 seeks a seasoned Civil Engineer with strong Project Management skills for a fully remote role in the United States, leading water infrastructure initiatives to deliver on time, on budget, and to high quality standards.

Ideal candidates hold a Civil Engineering degree, ECSA Pr Eng or Pr Tech Eng registration, and 10+ years in PM for water facilities. Remote leadership, risk management and contractor coordination are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering.
• 10+ years in project management focused on water infrastructure (e.g., water treatment plants, pipelines, dams).
• Registration with ECSA as Pr Eng or Pr Tech Eng is required.
• Proven ability to manage large budgets and multi-stakeholder projects.
• Strong remote leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead water infrastructure projects from initiation to closure.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
• Oversee technical aspects to ensure designs meet requirements and standards.
• Coordinate and lead remote project teams including engineers, contractors, and consultants.
• Manage stakeholder communication, risk assessment, and issue resolution throughout the lifecycle.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, environmental, and safety policies.
