Lead pricing guidance, manage relationships with key partners, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize performance in an international setting.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in the watch industry (dealer, auction house, or collector-level).
• Strong commercial mindset with sales, business development, or account management.
• Deep knowledge of watch brands, models, pricing, and market dynamics.
• Established network within the Japanese watch ecosystem.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills in Japanese and English.

Responsibilities

• Watch Expertise & Curation: evaluate, authenticate, and curate watches for auction with high-quality standards.
• Provide pricing guidance aligned with market trends and platform strategy.
• Advise sellers on lot composition, descriptions, and presentation to maximize performance.
• Market & Stakeholder Management: represent the company at events and collaborate with internal teams.
