Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of clinical care experience in healthcare settings, including TBI care.
• 5+ years in healthcare administration or operations, with 2–5 years supporting DoD or Federal healthcare.
• Experience preparing executive briefings, white papers, and briefings for senior leaders.
• Strong understanding of clinical care delivery concepts and policy implications.

Responsibilities

• Support clinical policy, program development, and operational improvements for military health clients.
• Coordinate with DHA, VA, and other stakeholders to align policy with program goals.
• Develop evidence-based policy guidance and clinical recommendations.
• Prepare executive-level briefs and supporting documents for leadership.
