Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• 5+ years of litigation experience, including class actions or complex civil litigation.
• Bar admission to the relevant jurisdiction(s).
• Experience managing multi-million dollar class action settlements and certification motions.
• Strong writing, research, and oral advocacy abilities.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in court trials, hearings, arbitrations, and mediations.
• Develop case strategies and present arguments before judges and juries.
• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Interview witnesses, gather evidence, and prepare for trial.
• Negotiate settlements and provide litigation guidance to clients.
