Hewlett Packard Enterprise is seeking a Vulnerability Security Engineer to lead the organization’s vulnerability management program. You will drive identification, prioritization, and remediation across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments, leveraging automation and AI to reduce risk and improve efficiency.

You will collaborate with infrastructure, cloud, and development teams, integrate findings into CI/CD workflows, and report metrics to leadership.

Formación

• 6+ years in vulnerability management, security engineering, or related field.
• Hands-on with Rapid7 InsightVM, Qualys, Tenable Nessus, or CrowdStrike Exposure Management.
• Knowledge of CVSS, EPSS, and risk-based prioritization methods.
• Experience with Windows, Linux, cloud, and network technologies.
• Familiarity with AWS/Azure/GCP and security frameworks (NIST, CIS, PCI-DSS, ISO 27001, SOC 2).
• Security certifications (e.g., Security+, CySA+, CISSP) are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Manage enterprise vulnerability program: identify, prioritize, remediate.
• Perform scans across servers, endpoints, cloud, networks, containers, apps.
• Analyze results, reduce false positives, improve remediation efficiency.
• Partner with infra, cloud, app, and engineering teams to remediate.
• Assess vulnerabilities using CVSS/EPSS and business risk.
• Monitor threats and zero-days; advise on actions and impact.
• Develop dashboards and metrics for leadership on trends and risk.
• Collaborate with app security to fit vulnerability mgmt into SDLC.
• Design automation to streamline processes; support AI-driven capabilities.
