Job summary

Mercer Advisors is seeking a Regional Vice President to build relationships with clients and help them find wealth management solutions within a collaborative, client-focused environment.

You will engage with prospective clients via Zoom, phone, and in person, leveraging resources across the organization to present tailored views of how Mercer can help achieve goals. This role requires a proactive, sales-driven mindset and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of successful sales experience in financial services.
• Series 65 or 66 license required – unless exempt by CFP, ChFC, PFS, CFA, or CIC.
• CFP designation preferred.
• Experience using Salesforce and managing sales pipelines.
• Experience building relationships with potential clients.

Responsibilities

• Engage with potential wealth management clients via Zoom, phone, and/or in person to understand needs and how Mercer can help.
• Draw on financial expertise and resources across the organization to create value for each client and tailor goals.
• Own your sales pipeline from start to finish, converting and nurturing potential clients.
