Job summary

WebHosting is seeking a Head of Storefront and Discovery to own the buying experience from domain search to checkout and to drive how customers find our brands in search engines and AI answers. This executive leads a ~16-person team and oversees about $20M in storefront revenue while optimizing unpaid search and AI-driven referrals.

• Experience leading digital commerce at scale.
• Proven ability to drive revenue growth and profitability.

• Experience with AI-driven discovery and SEO activities a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the commercial performance of storefronts from search to checkout.
• Lead discovery initiatives across SEO, AI-driven content and structured data.
• Drive pricing, packaging, and promotions in collaboration with Finance.
• Build and develop a high-performing cross-functional team.
• Partner with Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Analytics to meet growth goals.
