Sierra, a leading AI platform for customer-facing agents, is seeking a VP of Public Sector Sales. You will build and lead the public sector sales team, own revenue growth, and shape an AI-driven GTM motion across federal, state, and local government accounts.

Strong leadership, government sales expertise, and a track record of multi-million deals are essential. The role offers high visibility with founders and a fast-growing org focused on GovTech.

Formación

• 15+ years of selling experience to the U.S. government.
• 10+ years of people management experience.
• Proven record closing deals of $1M+ in value.
• Deep fluency with government procurement vehicles (GSA, GWACs, IDIQs).

• Build and lead Sierra’s public sector sales team.
• Own revenue growth and territory strategy.
• Create opportunities around mission outcomes.
• Guide complex government sales cycles from discovery to award.
