Consilio LLC is seeking a Principal Product Manager to define and execute our software product roadmap. You will synthesize client inputs and stakeholder needs into prioritized epics, guiding the product from ideation through execution in a remote US setting.

The role requires deep technical understanding, strong communication, and the ability to partner with Engineering, UX, Data Ops, and IT Project Management to deliver high‑impact releases.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional product management experience.
• Strong technical background with data structures, analytics, and enterprise web software.
• Experience as a Product Owner in an Agile environment; Scrum preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS/Engineering or related field; or equivalent experience.
• Ability to write clear business requirements and demonstrate lifecycle ownership.

Responsabilités

• Facilitate strategy conversations and maintain the product roadmap.
• Gather inputs from clients and stakeholders and translate into prioritized epics.
• Define customer voice, product requirements, and market positioning.
• Manage backlog, tickets, and acceptance criteria for releases.
• Lead cross‑functional teams through agile development and prototyping with AI.
