Job summary

SCP Health seeks a senior leader to guide service delivery across multiple sites, ensuring top-tier practice management and client satisfaction. You will collaborate with hospital clients and internal stakeholders to drive efficiency, growth, and compliance while overseeing onboarding and staffing operations.

The role requires strong leadership, strategic vision, and proven P&L experience in healthcare, with travel as part of duties.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of leadership and management experience in healthcare delivery.
• Executive-level responsibility over multi-site, multi-specialty medical practices is a plus.
• P&L responsibility in patient care business is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or related field; Master's preferred.
• Travel is expected for meetings, training, events, and conferences.

Responsibilities

• Lead service delivery teams with client satisfaction as the primary measure of success.
• Communicate clearly with internal stakeholders, providers, medical directors, and client representatives.
• Direct and mentor field operations personnel; foster a high-performance workplace culture.
• Ensure delivery of practice management services per contractual obligations with hospital clients and providers.
• Collaborate with EM/HM client service teams, Staffing Operations, and Central Office departments to meet goals.
• Oversee new client onboarding and maintain effective client relationships.
• Contribute to growth strategies and sales target identification.
