Colonial Group seeks a Senior Vice President (SVP) of ASC Operations to lead a portfolio across multiple states, driving strategy, operational excellence and growth with health system partners and physicians. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field or equivalent education and experience.
• 10+ years of progressive healthcare leadership experience, with multi-site ASC operations.
• Experience in ASC growth strategy, operational leadership, and large-scale transformation.
• Strong understanding of fiscal management, regulatory frameworks, contracts and physician partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Provides strategic and operational oversight for an assigned portfolio of ASC operations spanning multiple regions and partners.
• Develops and executes regional expansion, service line diversification, and growth strategies.
• Leads JV board meetings and partnership management with health systems and physicians.
• Drives continuous improvement through data analytics, benchmarking and evidence-based decision-making.
