  • Coordinate transaction analysis, including data review, financial modeling, and due diligence, in collaboration with actuarial and finance teams.
  • Lead pricing discussions and transaction structuring by preparing analyses and recommendations for senior leadership review.
  • Help manage external advisors such as legal counsel, consultants, and other service providers involved in transaction execution.
  • Prepare transaction materials, including internal approval memos, management presentations, and summaries for executive and board-level review.
  • Monitor transaction progress and support and help manage governance, reporting, and documentation requirements.
  • Support interactions with regulators and industry bodies, including preparing materials for regulatory approvals as needed.
  • Contribute to the development of new reinsurance offerings, process enhancements, and operational improvements.
  • Uphold organizational values and ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
  • Obtain and maintain any required licenses, certifications, or professional designations.

  • Solid understanding of insurance liabilities, transaction structuring, and financial analysis.
  • Strong analytical skills, including experience with financial modeling and data-driven decision-making.
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders and to work effectively as part of a transaction team.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience preparing materials for senior management.
