Job summary

LearnLux is seeking a Vice President of Finance to lead financial strategy, operations, and execution as we scale. You will partner with the CEO/COO and Board, build scalable FP&A and accounting processes, and deliver clear financial insights to guide growth decisions.

This remote‑within‑the‑U.S. role reports to the COO and Co-founder, with in‑person collaboration as needed. You will shape planning, capital strategy, and investor communications while guiding a growing finance organization.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive finance experience in high-growth SaaS/fintech.
• Strong FP&A, accounting oversight, and controls expertise.
• Experience partnering with CEOs/COOs and Boards at growth startups.

Responsibilities

• Act as strategic finance partner to CEO/COO and Board with performance insights.
• Own FP&A: forecasting, budgeting, scenario modeling, planning.
• Oversee accounting ops with outsourced firm; ensure GAAP compliance.
• Build scalable processes, controls, and systems for growth.
• Deliver transparent financial reporting for executives and Board.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Commercial, Legal, People.
• Support pricing, renewals, revenue forecasting, unit economics.
• Manage tax, audits, and regulatory readiness with external partners.
• Contribute to capital planning and future fundraising prep.
• Define roadmap for internal finance team growth and execution.
